Today, I had one of those magical shoots that involved not one, but two puppies.
Moxie has had a bad case of cabin fever. She’s been quarantined in the house for two weeks on account of the canine flu, which means she hasn’t been to daycare in what, for her, must feel like a century. Unfortunately, Moxie does not handle R & R well. Instead of taking this time to recuperate, watch some Netflix, paint her nails, etc., she has channeled her energy into chewing her food bowl, my Tupperware, and, most significantly, the floor.
So, to get her out of the house, I brought her on this shoot. She watched from the car, a couple of treats to keep her occupied. I took a few pictures before I noticed that another dog was staring at me. In the window of the shop next to me, there was this sweet little black and white pup, tail a-wagging furiously. You can totally tell when I noticed him.
If only every shoot involved at least two dogs.
