Chilly, Chilly Is the Evening Time

So here’s the thing about my hair–I don’t really give a shit about it.  Probably the best way to describe it is by ripping a line from Memoirs of a Geisha: “She seemed to regard her hair the way a train regards its smokestack: it was just the thing that happened to be on top.

This is unfortunate, because my mom is a hairdresser, and I am her only girl.  I expect that she probably hoped her daughter would follow in her footsteps and at least take some interest in coiffeture, but that ain’t me.

That being said, I noticed in some of my pictures that it makes a pretty big difference if my hair looks decent.  So, there.  It’s straight.  It looks nice.

I think I’ve got the rest of the look down, though.  Wouldn’t you agree?  I was at work and couldn’t wait to get home to snap some more pictures.  Sometimes I sit down and write out all my plans for the photo shoot, and it gives me something to look forward to while I’m proofreading hundreds of hex nuts.

I’m crazy about that bag, but the sad thing is that I can’t use it very often!  It doesn’t hold much; in fact, my giant Galaxy S5 just barely fits.  At least I get to take it on these photo field trips.
